Laughing - If you can not laugh there is something wrong.

Laughing is a release. When you are sad laugh, because, you will be in control of the sadness. Laughing is a celebration of the good and it is how we deal with bad.  Laughing is like crying, it is a  good way  of eliminating toxin from our body, since the mind and body are connected  one is uses an amazing  amount of muscle when you laugh. Life is a fun, if human life did not have a laugh then the life would be boring.

When you laugh the Almighty is present.  

We need to be pleased and amused. This is the best Medicine. It is good for our heart, brain  and our face remains young. Laughing is essential and if we do not laugh then life becomes uninteresting and tiresome. Laughter is an audible expression or an inward feeling of joy.
